Jim Mathieson joined the Wheaton Bank & Trust board in 2005. He is a certified public accountant and a registered investment advisor. His career includes six years with Ernst and Young, followed by 39 years with local CPA firms concluding with the role of managing partner at Mathieson, Moyski, Austin, & Co. LLP.
Jim currently serves as a treasurer and owner of various custom home building and real estate investment entities with properties located throughout the Chicagoland area. He was elected to a second term on the board of education of Community Unit School District 200 and oversees an operating budget of $180 million. The district serves more than 13,000 students in the Wheaton, Warrenville, Winfield, and Carol Stream communities.
